Happy New Year!!

Hello Everyone,

We hope that all of you are keeping well and looking after yourselves and that you had a lovely Christmas and a great New Year.

For the children who are learning from home, we will be putting some work, activities and ideas for you to do.  As always please continue to practice your times tables, spellings, reading and handwriting.  Please look at the activities below:

English:  Suspense story – Write down as many powerful verbs and adjectives that you can to help you write a suspense story.  Please look at the following link to help you.  The link explains what a suspense story is and gives examples of toolkits and really good ideas about writing a suspense story.

GeographyBrazil – Please find out as much information as you can about Brazil.  In particular population, climate, what language do Brazilian people speak?, What is the capital of Brazil?

Topic:  This term we will be looking at the rainforest of Brazil.  What is special about the Brazilian Rainforest?  What impact does it have on our planet?
